Do you ever, ever wanted a kid so much? Do you ever, ever try various methods but until now you never get pregnant? Do you’ve ever asked yourself how to get pregnant fast even though you trying nearly every system out there? Here, I’ll explain to you three facts every woman who want to get pregnant need to know about.
1. You get only 25% to having pregnant each menstrual cycle.
During menstrual cycle, you will only get about 25% chances to get pregnant. Instead of asking how to get pregnant, you need to begin taking notes about your ovulation period as it will be the perfect time fertilization to take place. Generally for several women, ovulation happens in day 14 of menstrual cycle. Sperm can live up to 72 hours in cervix comparing to ovum can survive for only 48 hours. The perfect time to do sexual intercourse is really a day just before ovulation that’s day 13 of the menstrual cycle and also the next day, the day of ovulation starts. Don’t forget sometimes menstrual cycle of 28 days is often a little different from woman to woman, so you may alter it a little bit a few times to see the result.
2. Keep this in your mind. Cervical fluid is crucial.
Cervical fluid is fluid which helps transport sperm to vagina. It appears clear in color and has texture of white egg. It is going to be producing few days prior to ovulation takes part and be much more watery during ovulation process. Some women out there experienced dried cervical fluid and reason to this generally as a result of some medications or drugs they took. Consult with your doctor in case you have the exact same problem.
3. Body temperature is really a sign of ovulation.
Commonly, your ovaries will create estrogen hormones which lower your temperature body. But during ovulation, ovaries will create progesterone hormones that will rise up your body temperature. It’s good to get basal body temperature thermometer at nearest pharmacies or drug store. Ensure the thermometer can measure up to tenth of the degree since during this time, your physique temperature will rise up from 4-6 degrees.
If you like to ramp up your chances in getting pregnant, I very recommend you to read about my story on how to get pregnant quick but naturally that I had several years back.
Pregnancy After Hitting 40

It’s no surprise that many women are uncomfortable with the idea of pregnancy after 40. There are many reasons that are cited for why this is, but in fact it turns out that these are often misconceptions about the potential hazards and not necessarily medically relevant. Some of those misconceptions are:
a) Lowered fertility with age,
b) Experiencing premature delivery or miscarriage,
c) A high probability of delivery by c-section and
d) Having a baby with congenital defects, among others
Even though these risks and fears tend to be more prevalent for older, more mature women they are by no means guaranteed and should not rule out the possibility of conception after the age of 40.
Statistically, 40% more pregnancies are had after age 40 than before, showing that women these days are enjoying different lifestyles than in the past. These numbers are expected to go up, hopefully convincing at least some women of the lack of danger associated with later pregnancies. One other thing that may help convince women is the increase in safe and reliable methods for improving fertility.
The natural inclination of many women is to take the well-known route of fertility clinics, drugs and operations, quickly accumulating debt in the process. Yet not enough of them have taken into account any type of natural and non-invasive therapy in their quest to conceive.
One definitive aspect of alternative medicine that surpasses the aims of conventional medicine is that it strives to harmonize and enrich one’s body in a fundamental way, not just as a quick fix approach to a problem. The options available are numerous, including holistic, natural, non-toxic and various other methods. Some of these are opposed by the modern medical bigwigs who try to impose their views on the world, claiming alternative medicine is untested and unproven. They advise not getting pregnant after 40 based solely on their textbook guidelines and traditional mode of thinking. But the act of throwing those old conventions and notions out of the window has allowed alternative medicine to break new ground and offer people something that conventional medicine can’t.
Moreover, something worth noting as regards to infertility is the Follicle Stimulating Hormone commonly referred to as the FSH. FSH is the hormone that encourages the production of eggs meaning that if you have a low ovarian reserve and this is compounded by poor egg quality then conception becomes tricky.
Another monkey wrench that’s thrown into the gears with that method is that studies have shown high FSH can actually cause infertility. The dramatic downsides of the therapy highlight the need for a top-down approach to medicine in favor of the typical quick-fix routine.
There is a very strong difference between treating a medical issue with a pill versus taking care of the body as a whole. Whereas a doctor may prescribe something like Clomid for FSH, an alternative medicine approach to the issue would be to change one’s diet, boost the immune system, aid in cleansing and detoxing, enhance the body’s fertility with natural goods and stimulate quality, healthy egg production.
It is not to say that conventional treatments do not work. They do; but they have also been known to be ineffective and unsuccessful for a growing number of women. It is therefore a much safer and possibly cheaper choice for many women today desiring to achieve pregnancy after 40 to seek out more natural fertility solutions like the Mature Mothers Kit which with the backing of science, has been confirmed to increase a womans fertility by as much as 660%.
